They sent something that was completely different than I purchased, gave me such a hard time trying to get my money back when it's a company who offers free returns yeah that's not the case it cost me $26 to return my ring to them and I still have not received a refund the item I purchased was $100 and I have not received a refund on that and they are trying to give me problems and do not want to refund my money I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE, BAD BUSINESS, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Buyer is fraud, she is asking for a refund without returning the item. She is claiming that she sent back the ring but never provided us with the tracking and when we ask for the tracking she just gives excuses.So, basically she wants the ring for free.
