This item cost £385.00 and for that price you would expect the price to include VAT however I was not told or advised at the point of sale(which they are obliged to do) that I would have to pay import duty/vat on top of the sale price £81.50. So I am now the owner of probably one of the most expensive Towbars out there for my model vehicle now owing me nearly £470.00 and I haven't unboxed it yet let alone had it fitted. DONT BE CONNED BY THIS COMPANY. Save your money and buy wisely else where.
