We are little confused. I think you mislead us. You stated your reason for the return was you had found one cheaper! In 9 years we have never had a complaint about the quality of our posters. All our Posters are printed on High Quality 230gsm Matte Finish Fine Art Paper…. a 50 year lifespan when framed with care. We don’t use a regular printer. We use an Epson Fine Art Printer: P10070 Sure Colour. The Printer Resolution is 2400 x 1200 DPI. Inks are Epson Ultra Chrome PRO HDR Archival.
