Item arrived swiftly which was good - however, the engraving on the watch was wonky and not in the requested font. Customer service took time in getting back to me, and I ended up having to return it and get a refund while going elsewhere for what I needed. Shame as it wasn’t cheap and I ended up not having it to give as a gift when I needed.
However, return process was smooth and when customer service responded they were helpful which was good.
