    Item exactly as described. The wipes were great to work over. Didn't use the chips since did my own reprogramming. Also removed the end piece to empty and refill so tape was not needed. But for others the kit offerings are spot on. The quality of the toner and shipping time were excellent.

    The product was ok and complete but it was shipped in a bag with no protection from getting crushed. The cyan plastic bottle was crushed slightly pushing some of the red powder into the bag and getting on everything that was not wrapped separately. other than the mess the refilling went fine.
