Was not the same item in the picture. The item I purchased was a CPAP power plug cord. It has a power cord into the wall electric socket and also a cord with the plug into the machine. The picture from the seller on Ebay showed both cords as the color black. The power cord I received was a white color. The plug cord was black like the picture shows. It does look strange with two colors as they were from two separate units. Both cords do work and function fine together. My primary need was met.

I switched out the power cord to the newer white one because it was in much better shape the black one. This was to ensure that you received a quality, working item. I disagree with this rating and request it be upgraded to a satisfactory rating.
