They’re both Seiko companies but an SII NH35 is more likely to have been produced in Japan whereas TMI are likely produced in China or Malaysia. Other than that, it’s a typical NH35 movement.

The USPS tracking showed a delivery exception about a month ago that prevented the automatic refund. I contacted the seller but they never responded. USPS wrote me a confirmation that the item was delivered about three weeks ago and still the seller did not refund me. An eBay escalation was the way I received my refund. Lack of communication and having to wait for about 10 more days for a refund through an escalation equals negative rating.
