I ordered uk size 5 boots for my son.
Arrived and looked at them quickly to see they were the style I ordered.
Wrapped them for my son’s birthday on 15 February. Gave to son. Said they were tight. I thought it was because new. Used them and after washing them I realised that they were a size 5 American. Contacted seller but he refused to accept the error was his citing they were used.
They were only used because he sent the wrong one.

Gaerne boots are made in Italy in Euro sizes and I convert them into UK sizes for my customers. Euro 38 = UK 5. "The exact dimensions of a UK 5 (measured by foot length) as defined by ISO 19407 is 237.06mm, whereas an EU 38 is 240mm. As you can see, a UK 5 is actually slightly smaller than an EU 38." If you had not used the boots, I would have no issues with you returning them for another size or refund.
