MY WIFE TRIED IT OUT BUT DID NOT OPEN LEGS FIRST THOUGHT IT WAS ALRIGHT BUT IT WASN'T THE CHAIR FELL AND SHE WENT DOWN ON HER BUTT. IT HURT BUT WE LAUGH ABOUT IT. READ INSTRUCTIONS FIRST WHOEVER ELSE BUYS THIS CHAIR. IT IS A GOOD CHAIR.

Wow...Hope your wife is ok... Well one thing Sun In Comfort Inc provides when it comes to the Lounger is instruction on how to open the chair. Those instructions are on the hang tag in the small bag.
