A totally unethical seller. They did not have the actual item for sale, prematurely marked the item as "shipped" on EBay (!!), and used that as an ongoing excuse NOT to refund the payment. The only way I eventually received my money back was through opening a PayPal case. Absolutely BRUTAL - avoid at all costs.
