Ive never left less than 5 stars, but I have to here. The model was in great shape, complete, well packed, and on time. However, the description clearly lists the model as 1/72 scale (I rechecked in my purchase history). The model received was 1/48 scale (which i don't build). And the listing states "returns not accepted". So, I say this seller is prompt, and well-meaning, but potential buyers should contact the seller first and confirm the item description.
