The main seal was the wrong size. Someone made a mistake when they packaged this seal kit, putting in the wrong size main shaft cylinder. Very frustrating!

This seal kit was OEM from Sheffer and was packaged & sealed at Sheffer. We previously sold the same kit and did not have any issues with incorrect seals. The buyer did not contact us to allow us to correct the discrepancy. We do appreciate the opportunity to correct the error instead of finding out from a negative feedback rating.
