Il termine utile per avvalersi di tale diritto è di 10 giorni entro i quali il Cliente è tenuto a darcene comunicazione tramite una delle seguenti modalità:
 
-via fax allo 0424.573143;
-via e-mail all'indirizzo info@norac.it;
 
Per avvalersi del diritto di recesso è necessario che:
- il Cliente esprima la sua volontà di avvalersi del diritto di recesso in una delle modalità sopra descritte.
- il bene acquistato sia integro e restituito nell'imballo originale, completo in tutte le sue parti.
- Le spese di riconsegna sono a carico del Cliente stesso, che potrà quindi scegliere il vettore che ritiene più opportuno.
 
La merce una volta giunta presso il magazzino di verrà esaminata per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni.
Dopo aver controllato l'integrità dei beni, la Norac Racing Parts, entro e non oltre 30 giorni dal ricevimento della merce, provvederà a riaccreditare la somma per Bonifico Bancario.
Il rimborso sarà pari al valore del bene acquistato dal cliente, saranno invece trattenute le eventuali spese di trasporto sostenute dalla Norac Racing Parts per la spedizione dell'ordine al destinatario.
