This was just a horrible experience. Computer came with a fried battery I have to keep it plugged in all of the time. On top of that it came with a whole bunch of rubbish that doesn't even need to be on there that overloaded the cpu. Terrible buy. DO NOT buy from this seller.

We only install a few basic programs like an anti-malware application and Google Chrome, so there aren't lots or things preinstalled from us on the computer. If the battery isn't working right we'd be happy to troubleshoot and get that resolved, but we offer free 30-day returns if you don't like the computer. I sent a message with details to help out.
