As you wiil see, the shop was closed (until today, 16/1/24) due to bereavement. We expect, as with most cases where batteries don't last long that it is due to incorrect installation (e.g. touching the battery with fingers which can cause instant discharge) or the watch itself. We were not able to explain this to you, since the shop was closed.
