The break is clean & the pgs are loose but largely undamaged [which involves the 2nd to last pg.] These can be reattached to the binding easily enough by a book binder, book restorer or book preservationist. The pgs are otherwise free of noticeable, appreciable damage, such as tears, loss, corner folds, mildew, foxing, tanning, water damage or other depreciating damage. A wonderful lg folio vol w/several full pg color plates & several more B & W illustrations. This is a representation of the collection of the famed collector of early fine art manuscripts from various cultures Henry Walters, who donated (willed) his private museum to the people & city of Baltimore, MD when he died in 1931, making it a public institution & available for all to view. The trustees published this vol of his col of rare Armenian manuscripts & fine art. Fine.”
