The fact is this was not tested because if it was the engine started well, but it had no revv. I messaged the seller twice to ask what recourse I had. He never responded. Horrible seller. Faulty Honda engine and no after sales service. Ibhad to bring it to local repair shop who advised me that that there was a broken spring. Find another seller to buy an engine from.
