The laptop, I purchased, did not function as intended (constant 80% to 100% CPU Disk usage). The sellers solution was for me to buy a more expensive laptop from them. If the laptop was properly refurbished (as was stated) they would have known that the laptop wasn't working properly.

Sorry to hear you're unhappy with your order! When we reviewed this earlier, it was found that the high CPU usage is related to the age of the model, and not a defect with the system. A replacement of the same model would behave the same, so we've offered to put the cost of it towards a model that would better suite your needs. I've also sent a prepaid label and instructions on how to use the items free 30 day return for refund policy.
