Seller really took care of us!! The initial part that was sent (new in box from ford) was not functioning properly when we installed it - not the sellers fault, it was ford oem. We contacted the seller and let them know the issues and described what we had done to diagnose the issues, they had another one available and they sent out asap and we received within days, installed it and all is working as it should now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!!
