Perfect replacement EXCEPT for the type of screws used. Phillips head screws are about the worst possible choice for a fastener in a high torque application (so easy to strip the head of the screw). I replaced the screws supplied with #8-32 flat head socket cap screws that use a 3/32" allen hex key wrench to tighten. Strongly suggest that you change to that type of fastener. Even better would be to change the thread of the T-nut to a #10-32 and socket head screw that uses a 1/8" allen key.
