I ordered this item on 12th October-by the 25th Oct I noted it had still not been dispatched. I messaged the seller-no reply first time, second time I had a message to say that the item was listed in error, that the seller would refund my money, but had other items that may be of interest.
I replied to say that I would like a refund but the list of other items would be useful for me to have a think about.
