Good communication. The seller is beyond responsible. Greg even left a handwritten illustration of how to use the cable properly.If I have to nitpick - the cable is "Jaycar" branded, it seems a "oppps". I do believe other quality materials are better described as "bespoke" and I am happy to pay more if better options are available.
