Ho dovuto attendere 18 giorni per ricevere il pacco. Non mi è stato comunicato il tracking e, dopo due settimane di messaggi e richieste senza riscontro, ho chiesto il rimborso. Solo allora mi è stato comunicato che il pacco si era “smarrito” e che avrebbero inviato un altro pacco. Questa volta mi è arrivato la mail del corriere ed il pacco finalmente è arrivato, anche se con il cartone strappato. Il corriere mi ha consegnato parti dello scaffale a parte perché erano caduti dalla confezione…
