Dress is stunning, beautifully packaged with extra things and shipped very fast. I was out of town when it arrived and when I did try it on it was too tight and I broke the zipper getting it off. I apologized profusely, offered to pay for zipper damage and return shipping. Seller was extremely rude and nasty, said she didn't accept returns, accused me of lying and trying to steal from her and blocked me from any further communication. Horrible experience, worst I've ever had on ebay.

Yes the dress was in perfect condition and the zipper worked well! And you admitted that you BROKEN the zipper! Why should I accept a damaged item that was broken by the buyer? FIRST DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! Especially broken things! As the law says on Ebay if you want to return an item, it must be in perfect condition, right? ) You wrote about the return of the dress after a week of receiving it. I'm sure you wore it to a wedding, broke the zipper, and then wanted to give it back
