    The transaction was smooth. This is the fourth unit I have purchased, meaning that (1) I love the unit when it works, and (2) it tends to break down often. The last one I bought arrived on 15 July 2022, and it broke down in early November 2022. Not only four months of use! It is always the switching mechanism that dies. We are serious Turkish tea drinkers, and this is an extremely convenient tea maker. But the manufacturers should really work on getting more durable electrical components.
