Hello we thank you for buying from us. Though you tried to get a refund from us without first sending the item back as required to prove your claim. The user manual gave instruction on what you should do, first boil full kettle of water in the kettle and pour out up to three times before using claimed you did and needed a refund without returning the item. It may be cheap but is not free. Now you have come up with a claim the kettle leak and your tea tested like plastic. Which one is true?
