For years, we have had people buying repairs while thinking they'd receive a board. After not receiving the item, they complain to ebay by opening a case and our scores, etc take the hit. No more! If you come directly to us and ask for a refund, you will receive one. But let me be clear, if you go to ebay and open a case, not only will we not repair your board but we will keep your money. Please understand that it's tiring dealing with this error and people have a way of becoming nasty once they learn it was them who made the error. No more. Don't bother asking. Don't come to us after you open the case, we'll ignore all emails and block you. Hope you understand. This hurts us more than it hurts you.”
