I had ordered this for a 2015 ford explorer limited that had the radio damaged due to the sunroof being left open, it was extremely well padded when it arrived, it still had the mounting brackets on it which saved me the step of transferring brackets off of the old one, after i installed it and reconnected the battery it immediately worked and every single feature on it works, its still working days later with no issues.
