    Frame of basket was not welded in three places. The item couldn’t have been looked at when packaged. I tried to get the seller to send me an inspected item wit a return label and they were unwilling I believe that they sell items for someone else and have nothing to do with the garbage they sell. Cost me an extra $3.50 to ship the piece of junk back to them. I WOULD STRONGLY AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT
