Beautiful item and prompt dispatch, but sadly the colours run. Too late for refund as I had already given them as gifts in good faith by the time I discovered the fault. The seller thanked me for letting them know but that was all.

Have sold many thousands without problem. Buyer stated that had showered with the bracelet so with soaps or shampoos could have reacted with the dye. We examined the rest of our bracelets subjecting samples to soap and water with no issues.We do not recommend showering with bracelets however even though this is the first time we have heard of the issue.
