Unfortunately, just as faulty as my original regulator, but not the seller's fault. It is electrical and hard to know until you actually put it on a bike to test it. I found an alternate Honda unit from another source that ultimately worked fine. Seller shipped quickly and packed well. I recommend the seller as I have always found they do their best to supply good items, I just got unlucky on this one.
