Neutral, because I finally got the goods. But it didn't come at first, and the seller didn't respond to any questions, didn't reply to three messages - until I contacted eBay for a refund. Then he promised to send me an express delivery - which took over a week after that. French post does not work well, it's not the seller's fault, but he practically does not communicate, and when he does write something, it is rude and terse.

Nous ne répondons pas aux messages de manière robotisée en quelques secondes. Les messages sont répondus chaque matins entre 8h et 9h tous les jours. De 9h à ,17 nous faisons les expéditions.
