I made this order by mistake. I immediately went right back inside and canceled the order. I also contacted the seller and told him that I ordered it by mistake and please cancel it. When I check the order details, the seller refused to cancel the order. He stated that it wasn’t his fault that I made the order by mistake and so he was going to ship it anyway, that is not the type of customer service I am use to receiving. It is causing me not to want to order anymore from eBay

Our store has a no return policy as stated in every listing. However we try to offer the customer another item from the store before it's packaged and shipped. Using colorful language she declined. Although ebay may pretend it's not the case a small fee does get still charged to sellers whenever an order is canceled. As a result we try to swap out an item when the customer makes a mistake. This customer chose not to.
