It looks like a thumbnail from a website, eg. a very tiny image file >100kb in size was blown up to 11x17 inches. I contacted the seller many dats ago after receiving this to voice my complaint and haven’t heard back. Seems like a ghost printing service, no customer service whatsoever. I would avoid purchasing from this seller at all costs.
