Ordered this gazebo unfortunately 2 bars were bent , I contacted the seller who had GREAT communication, they offered me 30% refund and keep item , or send back the item by courier, I asked for full refund which they did and I was told to keep the item , I am very pleased with the service and would buy from them again .
