It's too early to say. Most functions seem to be working but the red infrared is too bright. It was as if someone had a bright flashlight right on my eyelids. I tried the goggles and even eye mask but it was still way too bright. It may be working but I just can't use it for my face, which is disappointing. The seller tells me not to use it on my face. I wish Ebay would let us do a 1 or 2 month "after use" review for products like this. Also dealing with UPS was a headache.

what I am recommend is: if you really feel lighting strong, you can stand a little far away from the panel, or do not face the light directly; you never said that you use it for face; if you use it for face, you can buy a lower power one.
