I have to reply to this, I get hundreds of feedback comments stating the exact opposite to this. I use top class photo paper, HP inks all items are individually placed in protective sleeve and sent in cardboard boardbacked envelope to protect. I would also add that these are not photographs as this buyer has expected. They didn't read the description. As always I offer refund if you are not happy.
Finally it's "wasn't" not "weren't"
