I paid for a 2 day shipping because I was traveling overseas and I needed my order. The delivery was suppose to be on the 19th of January and on the same day I receive an update delivery date for the 24th of January. Thanks for reaching out! You reached out being extremely rude from your first message to our staff because your package was not there in two days. We delivered your package immediately to Fedex, but as stated on their website and on every weather channel, there was a storm that shut down package delivery last week. Your reply was to type in all caps you wanted a manager because you can't understand how shipping and storms work. Sorry you can't scream and belittle people to get what you want.
