Hollow stiff dilators akin to a plastic Christmas ornament or things found in a toy aisle. This is not a reasonable or safe product to use. They feel fragile like a dollar store trinket, and I had guessed the magnet was moreso to give the base weight or secure to a metal substrate, besides the pseudo science bs. The magnets seem like they are the size of rice and embedded in the tip of the product where you can hear them rattling around, and so weak you barely notice them. Not usable, no refund
