It was open when the seller said it was sealed. Pieces inside were broken and most of the pieces which were supposed to be cut all the way through were not and some were not even cut at all. This is a manufacture defect and not the seller's fault, but I feel since it was open, the seller had to know this.

Hi Brinda. I haven't even shipped this out to you yet. i have it right in front of me. i left for Canada May 25th and just got back yesterday. You paid for this on May 29th, so I couldn't have shipped it out. I think you have this confused with another purchase you made. I knew something was wrong when you said the listing said "sealed" and mine clearly did not and included several pictures of the open box and the contents. I'll contact Ebay to get this resolved.
