Wenn diese entfernt werden, sind wir nicht in der Lage die Rückerstattung fortzusetzen, weil wir nicht sagen können, ob das zu uns gesendete Teil, das von uns versendete ist. Die Kunden sind für alle Versandkosten verantwortlich, wenn der Artikel im Rückgabeproces zurückgesendet wird.
