After waiting about 6 weeks mine arrived not quite ready to work. Every grease fitting was dry (took almost a full tube), and a minor mod to get cold air to the air filter. After break in I will change all the fluids to a quality synthetic and I expect it to last for many thousands of hours after that (has a underlying good quality feel). The drive is walking speed and the controls are not super precise BUT I think will outlast a used Kubota at a 1/3 the price! Very happy overall!
