I have contacted the seller who hasn't bothered replying and I know they receive the emails as they have replied to my questions prior to buying. Had I known. I believe the manufacturor possibly overtightened the allen screws and has very slightly deformed the tube. This product demands absolute precision for its intended use and I am left expensively underwhelmed by it and the seller.
