I checked my messages. I did not find anything from you prior opening return request. As a good will gesture I promptly sent a replacement. Buyer was unmoved. Buyer further stated: "The deck in in the trash bin,either way you or Ebay will be refunding me ". Buyer insulted our efforts to replace the item.
