After two cordial and one semi-cordial attempts on my own to find out what the holdup was, I had to get eBay involved. First time that's ever happened. Zero communication from seller on every attempt. eBay granted me a refund. I hope the seller is alright, but I can't leave anything positive about this experience except that eBay came through for me.
