Received a defective item from seller who during discussions explained they knew that the majority of the model sent out, that the item was faulty. I asked to return, and they gave me an address - I tried to deliver by hand to address then was told no you can't do that. They explained i should buy a more expensive model. I'm not angry i just want my money back or an item that 100% works as advertised.
