I just read this review. The Skinfuse Lift HG gel that I sent to the buyer was brand new. The manufacturer has never added a seal to the product. Please look carefully at the photograph of the product in the listing. I add a piece of scotch tape to each order before shipping as an added precaution to prevent leaking during shipment. I have asked this buyer to revise their review.

The product is listed as nonrefundable. However, I have advised the buyer that I would refund her when I receive the product back in its original condition. To date, to my knowledge, she has not returned the product.
