Item was as described and was very well protected during shipment. However, communication was almost non existent, except for 1 question,which was answered. Since his/ my counter offers was excepted, I made a request to make an adjustment to unit prior to shipment. There was no response to my request nor was there any notice when item was shipped. Fortunately, the piece did arrive as requested but I never knew whether the adjustment was made or not so I was very anxious to receive the item.
