Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare presso questo venditore di eBay. Ho acquistato dei tergicristalli per Mercedes, prodotto originale ma non compatibile. Dopo svariate mail inoltro foto più video e la sostituzione o il reso. Nonostante sia stato uno sbaglio loro mi accennano la possibilità di restituirle senza fornirmi un etichetta di reso lasciando quindi la spesa a carico mio. Meglio buttarle che perdere tempo con gente poco professionale. Mai più!

Vi è stato dato tutto il supporto necessario per il montaggio. Per avere il reso è necessario aprire una richiesta di reso da ebay...se non la manda come possiamo farle il reso? E' importante saper utilizzare gli strumenti tecnologici a vostra disposizione nel modo corretto.
