I received the watches quickly and as 'described'. Turns out the two described 'not running' had destroyed movement(s) and should have been described as for parts only. Repair would be more than the value. I reached out to the seller where I was told I got as described, confirmed they fully knew it was just for parts, and I should have asked. A cold tough luck. My advice is if buying from this seller ask questions as they may be vague about information detrimental to the value of the item(s).

Yes, ask questions, I put that in all my listings. It was vague, I don't know why the watches weren't working, I don't work on watches. If you thought it was the battery why didn't you ask? Had the battery been the problem I would have put in new ones and listed as running. You said it could be fixed so is it for parts only or not running? Someone who works with watches could have bought them, fixed them and sold them for a profit.
